Shane Fellows is a licensed Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, and Property Manager with over 12 years of experience in real estate investing and management. He brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to the profession; with a diverse background in marketing, sales, maintenance, accounting, and professional photography, Shane ensures every aspect of a property is managed with a keen eye for detail.

Shane holds a degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!). He began his career in wealth management at Raymond James Financial Services, acquiring the financial acumen to treat real estate holdings as strategic, long-term investments. Prior to real estate, Shane owned a thriving photography studio for over a decade, traveling the world for his craft. Before founding Tidewell Properties in 2025, he served as a senior property manager for a local firm, personally overseeing 120+ residential units.

Shane lives in his hometown of Encinitas with his wife, three children, and two dogs. When not working, he enjoys practicing yoga, surfing, snowboarding, backpacking, and cheering on his kids from the sidelines of the volleyball court or soccer field.
