8% of Rent Collected

Leasing Fee: 25% of One Month’s Rent

Additional Services upon request:

Non-CA Tax Compliance: $50/quarter.

Tenant Utility Billing: $10/mo.

Project Management in order to prepare property for rental: 12% of total project costs.

Once we have taken over management, we are not able to accomodate owner-managed repairs, outside vendors, or appliance order/deliveries. We are happy to help you get all set up in order to efficiently manage your own property!
